Booking & Cancellation Policy
Property Ready: The property must be clean, staged, and accessible at your scheduled appointment time.

Late Cancellation/Reschedule: A $75 fee is charged for cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment.

On-Site Cancellation: If the shoot is canceled upon arrival because the property isn't ready, you will be charged 75% of the total service cost.

Payment: All fees must be paid before booking a new appointment.
